Rare DLV Officers Dagger with Original Leather Covered Scabbard and Hanging Chain by SMF - Unit Marked 109

Here on offer is a rare untouched example of a DLV Officers dagger, with its original blue leather covered scabbard and hanging chain by SMF, circa 1935.

I must acknowledge the edged weapon expert, Thomas Whittman for the research he has undertaken to correctly document the existence of this very short production dagger.

Unique WW2 British Dispatch Rider or Paratroopers Helmet made into a “Pull-A-Long” Toy Tortoise

Here on offer is what appears to be a WW2 British Dispatch Rider or Paratroopers Helmet that has made into a wonderful “Pull A Long” Toy Tortoise.

I am no expert when it comes to WW2 helmets, but I am pretty sure it isn’t a Paratroopers Helmet, as I believe these where constructed of steel and this one is made from fibre.

Here on offer is a wonderful WW1 period crochet knitted “WELCOME HOME” Navy related Tea Cosy.
I believe these patriotic pieces where actually hand made from patterns that where published in the “Woman’s Own” Magazine around 1916.

Post WW2 Japanese Naval Landing Craft Binnacle Compass by Maizuru Meter Manufacturing Company

Here on offer is a rare post WWII Japanese Naval Landing Craft Binnacle Compass, circa 1948.

I have been told these compasses where used by the Japanese during WW2 primarily for their Naval landing craft but as they are portable, where used on a range of military Navel craft.

Early WW2 German Small Solid Bronze Desk Plaque of Adolf Hitler

Here on offer is a finely detailed small solid bronze plaque that shows the profile image of Adolf Hitler.

The detailed image has been finely cast from bronze but I cant see any maker’s or casting marks on the plaque.

The reverse has a single pivot arm that once pull out, allows the plaque to be displayed on a desk or table top.

Framed Victorian Period Rectangular-Shaped Sweetheart Pincushion with the emblem for the 7th (Queen’s Own) Hussars

Here on offer is a beautiful example of a Victorian period rectangular-shaped sweetheart pincushion with the emblem for the 7th (Queen’s Own) Hussars that’s been cased in a glass fronted wooden display case.

In the centre of the cushion is a paper colour printed image of the 7th Hussars emblem.
