Here on offer is a double-bladed gentleman’s penknife by SMF, Solingen, circa 1940.
The penknife has an unusual “one piece” ivorine handle, that looks like ivory. Ivorine was invented back in 1883 and is actually a synthetic ivory, made from cellulose nitrate.
