Early Pre WW2 Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve RAFVR Silver Lapel Badge No.4395

Here on offer is a rare early example of an original and pre WW2 Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve “RAFVR”, numbered silver lapel badge.

The badge is made from unmarked silver and I believe it was made by the Royal Mint.

On the reverse it is impressed with an official Air Ministry issue number '4395'.
