Vintage 22” Mounted Police Wooden Truncheon

Here on offer is a fine example of a vintage mounted police truncheon as used by the British Royal Mounted Police but this example does not show any maker or unit marks.

It has the usual turned grip and very long lower shaped section of stained wood, possible beech?

At the end of the grip is a turned slot that can be used to fit a leather strap or cord lanyard.

It is in excellent/mint condition and looks to have never been used.

It measures 22” (56cm) long, by 1.3” (3.2cm) diameter at the wide end.


It weighs 240g.
