Impressive Small Unused Vintage Copper and Enamel Rowing Award Plaque

Here on offer is a really impressive small unused vintage copper and enamel rowing award plaque.

This small flat rectangular plaque has a stepped edge with equally spaced pips. Set toward the top is the raised image of an oarsman rowing a single scull, with the rower and boat highlighted in coloured enamel.

Below the image is a totally blank area, that would could be engraved with the winner’s details. Clearly this example has never been used and is in mint condition.

There are no makers marks or details on it, but clearly it was made by a top jeweler or medalist.

It measures 2.4” (6cm) by 1.7” (4.3cm) and weighs 48g.
