Mint I*XL GEORGE WOSTENHOLM Lambsfoot Knife with Jigged Bone Grip Scales

Here on offer is a fine example mint I*XL GEORGE WOSTENHOLM lambsfoot knife with jigged bone grip scales, made in Sheffield, England.

The Lambsfoot shaped stainless steel blade is in perfect condition and you can still see the original cross-graining.

On one side of the ricasso it is stamped with the maker’s details:

The knife has two slices of natural jigged bone that have been shaped to form a smooth and tight fit to the brass liners and they are held in place by three brass pins.

It has a nickel silver bolster at the cutting end.

The knife opens and closes perfectly, having a strong spring action.

The blade measures 2.75” (7cm) long and has a 2.3” (6cm) cutting edge. Fully open the knife is 6” (15.3cm) long and weighs 58g.
