Sterling Silver British Army Officer's Scot’s Guards Small Pattern Cap Badge

Here on offer is a fine example of a British Army Officer's Scot’s Guards small pattern sterling silver cap badge.

This example is the rarer ‘small pattern” cap badge.
It is in mint condition and has been made from solid sterling silver with a gilt and black enamel Scot’s Guards crest in the centre.

On the reverse it is stamped with ‘STERLING’ to indicate 925 grade silver, along with two long silver lugs and a brass spilt pin.

It measures 0.8” (2cm) square and is 0.7” (1.7cm) deep and weighs 9g.
