Antique German ‘TUTIOR JUWEL’ Double Brass Pencil Sharpener with Original Leather Case by L. & C. Hardtmuth

Here on offer is an antique German ‘TUTIOR JUWEL’ brass pencil sharpener with its original leather case, by L. & C. Hardtmuth.

The body of this double sharpener is made from brass and features two steel blades, one on each side. Both of the blades can be adjusted or replaced just by undoing the screws that secure them in place.

On one side it is stamped with:

TUTIOR
JUWEL
PATENT
MADE IN
GERMANY

then on the other side it is stamped with:

L. & C. HARDTMUTH
The L. & C. Hardtmuth brand is known for its quality and durability, making this sharpener a reliable and useable addition to your collection.

The sharpener is in excellent condition; there is just some age staining to the steel blades.

It still retains its original brown leather case with working press stud.

The sharpener measures 1” (2.5cm) by 0.8” (2cm) by 0.4” (1cm) and weighs 29g.
