Scarce Early WW2 Period German Hitler Youth or N.S.D.A.P. Sympathisers Swastika Belt Buckle
Here on offer is an original scarce early WW2 period German Hitler Youth or N.S.D.A.P. sympathisers belt buckle, circa 1935.
This early type of rectangular plated pressed steel belt buckle, depicts a raised Swastika set in an oval setting.
It comes with its original period 'fastening/locking-device' still firmly in place (as can be seen on the pictures). The top section is stamped with D.R.G.M., the German patent-pending-designation mark.
There is no maker’s mark on this type of buckle.
It is not in excellent condition, but is structurally sound and retains a lot of its bright plating but has areas of light rust that has lifted the plating as can be seen in my photos.
The buckle section alone measures 1.75” (4.5cm) by 1.5” (3.2cm) and it weighs 18g.
Please see my pictures for the details of the condition, which complement this description.
Please see my TERMS OF BUSINESS regarding Deliver Charges and Insurance regarding additional insurance cover, should you require it, BEFORE the item is dispatched.
