Vintage French Novelty Mechanical Bird Cigarette Dispenser c1960

Here on offer is vintage French, possibly by Brevete, novelty mechanical bird cigarette dispenser circa 1960.

It has been made from a strong durable plastic that has been coloured to highlight the bird and surroundings.

The cigarettes are placed inside the lidded box and when the bird is pushed forward, it stoops and picks up a single cigarette from a tray that extends from the front of the box.

It is in full working condition and is undamaged.

This is a great find for collectors of vintage tobacciana and novelty items. Its working mechanism makes it stand out among other vintage cigarette boxes.

It measures 10” (25.4cm) long by 4.75” (12.2cm) wide and is 5” (12.7cm) tall. `.

It weighs a heavy 465g.
