Charming Original Albert Brenot French Wine Store Display Advertisement Lithography Poster c1928
Here on offer is a scarce original Albert Brenot “Grands Vins De Bourgogne”, store display, French wine advertisement lithography poster, circa 1928.
It depicts a cheeky colour image of three young naked children, popping a bottle of wine, with the cork hitting one of them on the bum and propelling them towards the moon!
The image is litho-printed onto a thick cardboard base and it still retains the twisted cord at the top that is used to hang it on a wall.
It is in great condition with just a couple of light creases to the cardboard at the top corners.
This is a rare example of an early vintage French wine advert, with a cheeky image!
It measures 17.3” (44cm) by 11.8” (30cm) wide and weighs 205g.
