Finely Detailed Brass Model of a Field Cannon with Rear Wheel on Black Painted Rectangular Wooden Plinth c1960

Here on offer is a finely detailed brass model of a field cannon with rear wheel and stack of cannon balls, fitted to a black painted rectangular wooden plinth, circa 1960.

This beautifully detailed brass cannon is in excellent condition and the brass now has a nice patina to the brass. There is some slight wear and rub marks to the black paint on the plinth.

This model makes a really impressive desk ornament.

Wooden base measure 8” (20.4cm) wide by 5” (12.7cm) deep and it is 4.25” (10.8cm) high including the cannon.

It weighs a heavy 870g.
