Beautiful Cased Boker Collector's Knife with “Rose Bud” Pattern Damascus Blade by Manfred Sachse
Here on offer is a beautiful cased Boker collector's knife with “Rose Bud” pattern Damascus blade by Manfred Sachse, circa 1998.
It comes cased in a what I believe is a dark burr walnut hinged case.
Inside the case is a small certificate of authenticity from Boker along with the original clear plastic bag it came with.
The blade has been forged by the famous Damascus forger, Manfred Sachse, from more than 300 layers of steel and iron, producing the impressive Rose Bud pattern.
On one side of the ricasso, is the raised text that reads as:
BOKER
DAMAST
On the other side it reads:
SOLINGEN
GERMANY
I have owned this knife since about the year 1998 and it is in unused MINT condition.
This is a truly sophisticated Boker collector’s knife with a stunning “Rose Bud” Damascus pattern blade, ebony handle and polished nickel silver bolsters made by the “master” blade maker, Manfred Sachse.
A great chance to add a truly top quality BOKER knife to your collection. This knife can only increase in value.
The knife has a blade length of 3.75” (9.5cm) and a total length of 8” (20.4cm).
It weighs 190g
