Royal Mint Gilt Bronze Medallion 350th Anniversary of Sailing of The Mayflower from Plymouth – 1620 – 1970

Here on offer is a Royal Mint gilt bronze medallion 350th anniversary (1620 - 1970) of sailing of the Mayflower from Plymouth.

On the front, it has a detailed engraving the Mayflower under sail and the wording around the edge:

350th ANNIVERSARY
THE SAILING OF THE MAYFLOWER FROM PLYMOUTH

On the reverse it has the coat of arms for Plymouth and the details:

PLYMOUTH
1620 1970

This medallion is in good condition with some loss of gilt to the finish and an age patina.

It measures 1.5” (3.8cm) diameter and weighs 26.5g.
