Unusual Vintage Stag Horn Dagger Shaped Brooch c1950

Here on offer is an unusual vintage stag horn dagger shaped brooch.

This unusual brooch has been made from a piece of stag horn and shaped to look like a dagger.

On the back it retains its original brass securing pin and clasp.

By the style of the pin, I would say this was made back in the 1940’s or 50’s as a souvenir piece, possibly Scottish or German?

The brooch is 2.4” (6cm) long by 0.75” (2cm) wide and weighs 7g.
