Group of Post WW2 Royal Pioneer Corps Insignia

Here on offer is an interesting group of post WW2 Royal Pioneer Corps insignia that has been mounted on a coloured card for displaying.

The British Army Royal Pioneer Corps was responsible for various kinds of light engineering tasks. Although formed in 1939, several previous units had existed that performed similar roles. It was amalgamated into the Royal Logistic Corps in 1993.

The post WW2 group consists of a British Army Royal Pioneer Corps shoulder title cloth badge, along with a bright finish cap badge and large and small insignia buttons.

All the pieces are in mint condition and display well mounted on a unit-coloured card.

The card measures 5.5” (14cm) by 3” (7.6cm) and the group weighs 25g.
