Vintage British Royal Navy Submarine Services Black Bomber Jacket – Size XL

Here on offer is a vintage British Royal Navy submarine services black bomber jacket, UK man’s size XL.

The zipper jacket is made from a padded polyester/nylon type material with elasticated wrists and collar and two front pockets

The maker’s label reads as:

HARDYS
QUALITY CLOTHING
MADE IN ENGLAND
XL

On the front right breast, it has a cloth Royal Navy Submarine Services badge that appears to be stuck on.

On the left breast is the twin dolphins and crown, Submarine Services crest.

Below the crest you can see the “shadow” of where another badge has been attached at some point. Possibly a named Submarine crest badge, or even a veteran’s badge?

There is also a slight rectangular “shadow” mark on the left sleeve, but I have no idea what this may have been?

Inside the jacket on the left is another Submarine Services badge, with an old badge mark underneath?

The jacket has clearly been used but is still in great usable condition.
Being a UK man’s size XL that is approximately a 44” chest.
