Superb WW2 RAF Sterling Silver “Wings” Sweetheart Brooch

Here on offer is a beautiful example of an RAF sterling silver “Wings” sweetheart brooch from early WW2 or possibly late the WW1 period.

It consists of a Kings Crown set above the letters, RAF and detailed spread feathered wings, all made from solid sterling silver.

On the back of the brooch, it is stamped with the words:

STERLING
SILVER

and it still has it’s original long brooch pin and ‘C’ clip.

The brooch is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos.

The brooch measures 2.5” (6.3cm) wide and weighs 6.8g.

This is a great opportunity to obtain a rare example of an early WW2 or late WW1 RAF sweetheart brooch, which can only increase in value.
