Large Vintage Colour Decal on Board - Service Logo for the Cornwall Fire Brigade

Here on offer is a large vintage colour decal for the Cornwall Fire Brigade that has been set onto a wooden board, making a great display piece.

I am not sure exactly when this dates from, but possibly the 1970’s back when they were called a “brigade”.

They are now known as “Cornwall Fire & Rescue”

The painted board now shows some signs of staining but the decal is in excellent overall condition, just some slight lifting to the edges and what looks like some varnish staining which may have been applied years ago to protect it?

The board measures 18” (46cm) square and weighs a heavy 1.8Kg.
