MINT Vintage Cased Mother of Pearl folding Knife by Herbertz Messer Nr. 496

Here on offer is a mint vintage cased mother of pearl grip, folding knife (Nr.496) with a beautifully hand worked ridge and spring edge by Herbertz Messer, Solingen.

The grip is made up of 3 sections of beautiful mother of pearl on each side and polished nickel silver bolsters.

The top edge of the spring plate has a smooth serrated worked finish, that continues along the ridge of the blade.

The blade has a mint ‘mirror’ finish 440 stainless steel blade with a finely worked, smooth serrated top ridge.

This is just in mint unused condition and comes with its original black velvet covered and silk lined fitted case.

The blade measures 2.9” (7.4cm) long and the knife opened, is 6.3” (16.2cm) in total length.

The case measures 5.6” (14.2cm) by 3.75” (9.5cm) and weighs with the knife 280g.
