WW2 Royal Navy Gilt Metal & Mother of Pearl Sweetheart Brooch

Here on offer is a lovey gilt metal and Mother of Pearl WW2 Royal Navy sweetheart brooch.

The brooch is made up of a gilt metal King George VI crowned fouled anchor, inlaid with red enamel, within laurel sprays with “Royal Navy” set in a blue ribbon enamel at the bottom.

The badge has been mounted on a beautiful square section of Mother of Pearl.

On the reverse it still has its original vintage gilt brass brooch pin and clip.

It is in excellent condition with all the enamel still in place and just a very tiny chip to the tip of the Mother of Pearl.

The brooch measures 1” (2.5cm) square and it weighs 6.4g.
