German WW2 Enamel Hunting Association Badge Commemorating 50 Years - 1888-1938
Here on offer is a German WW2 era enamel Hunting Association Badge commemorating 50 years, 1888 to 1938.
The circular white and green enamel metal badge has "50 Jahre 1888-1938 Deutsche Jagerschaft Ostpreussen" in raised lettering around the perimeter and the raised Hunting Association deer’s head/swastika emblem in the centre.
The deer’s head is silver plated but has lost a lot of its plating over the years of wear.
This early version is not maker marked but still retains its original thin horizontal fixing pin-back on the reverse.
