Mint MUELA Hunting Knife with Beautiful Stag Horn Handle and Leather Sheath

Here on offer is a mint example of a top quality Spanish MUELA hunting knife with a genuine stag horn grip and brown leather sheath.

I purchased this knife and another wooden handled version from a hunting shop in Cyprus over 20 years ago. This knife has never been used it has just been put away.

MUELA is currently classed as one of the strongest firms in handcrafted knives for hunting, both in Spain and the rest of the world and its knives and penknives are highly appreciated for their top quality.

The grip of this knife has been made from a beautiful thick section of real stag horn with a slight curve, which means it fits the hand perfectly.

The pommel cap, tang nut and finger guard all have a polished gilt finish and are in perfect condition.

This knife blade has a very sharp cutting edge and clip point top edge. It is made of a high grade MOLYBDENUM VANADIUM stainless steel and is marked on one side with:

Muela (plus logo) TEJON

MOLIBDENO VANADIO

MADE IN SPAIN

You can still see all the cross graining to the polished blade.

It is complete with original thick brown leather sheath, which has the name MUELA and the makers logo embossed into the front, in black.

The belt flap and retaining strap are just in mint condition and it still has the red GENUINE STAG label fitted around the retaining strap.

The knife is just in perfect mint unused condition.

The blade measures 6.5” (16.5cm) long and the knife is 11.6” (29.5cm) in total length.

It weighs 305g.
