WW1 Trench Art Double ‘Bullet’ Chrome Plated Sweetheart Brooch with French 50c Coin 1916

Here on offer is an unusual WW1 Trench Art double ‘Bullet’ chrome plated sweetheart brooch with French 50c coin, dated 1916.

Two WW1 bullets, which look to be English, have been soldered together, then a 50c French coin has been soldered to the front and a strong fixing pin fitted to the back.

You can just see the date on the reverse of the coin, which is 1916.

The brooch is in great condition with just some minor
It measures 2.2” (5.5cm) wide and about 0.3” (7mm) diameter.

It weighs 8g.
