Antique Victorian 6” Pocket Three-Draw Brass Telescope with Weaved Leather Covered Grip

Here on offer is an antique Victorian three draw brass telescope with weaved leather covered grip.

The telescope retains its original protective end cap and slide cover to the eye piece.

It is unnamed but seems to be an early example, circa 1850 and still retains its beautiful weaved leather covered grip.

The lenses are clear and undamaged and the three sections extend easily, possibly a bit too easily.

It measures 16.4” (41.6cm) long when fully extended and 6” (15.2cm) when closed up.

It weighs 187g.
