1924 Heavyweight Champion JACK DEMPSEY Brass Double-Sided LUCKY PIECE Token

Here on offer is a great example of a 1924 Heavyweight Champion JACK DEMPSEY brass double-sided LUCKY PIECE token.

On the front there is the image of Jack Dempsey, surrounded by a large horseshoe.

Around the inner edge are the words:

JACK DEMPSEY LUCK PIECE

FIGHT AND WIN

On the reverse are the words:

SEE JACK DEMPSEY IN UNIVERSAL'S SENSATIONAL "FIGHT and WIN" PICTURES

I cant see a makers name or mark on this piece but I believe they where made by Greenduck Co. Chicago USA.
This is a great example with just some wear to the outer edges.

The token measures 1.4” (3.5cm) diameter and weighs 12.3g.
